ForgeMind is a technology brand operated by Steven Parr. We build AI-native tools for hypnotherapy, cognitive development, and personal transformation — including Axiom Method Academy, Hypnotic Adventure, and ProspectForge.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data across the ForgeMind ecosystem. We are committed to transparency, minimal data collection, and the security of anything you share with us.

We collect only what is necessary to operate our services:

• Contact information — name and email if you use a contact form or subscribe to a mailing list.
• Account credentials — email address and password (hashed) if you create an account on any ForgeMind platform.
• Practitioner clinical data — ACCF records created by licensed practitioners on our clinical platform are securely stored and belong exclusively to the practitioner.
• Payment references — billing name and transaction reference when you purchase a course or membership. We do not store full card details.
• Anonymised usage data — page visits and session data, used solely to improve platform performance and security.

Personal reflections, journal entries, and exercise responses within Hypnotic Adventure are stored only in your browser and are never transmitted to our servers.

Your data is used to:

• Operate and secure your account
• Process course enrolments and payments
• Send transactional emails (receipts, access, password resets)
• Send optional newsletter updates — unsubscribe any time
• Improve platform experience and security
• Comply with legal obligations

We will never sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

ForgeMind uses essential cookies to maintain sessions and remember preferences. We do not use advertising or behavioural tracking cookies. Where applicable, a consent banner allows you to manage preferences. You can also manage cookies at any time through your browser settings.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. On request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and salted. We apply industry-standard practices to protect your information. Our clinical data infrastructure is held to additional security standards appropriate to sensitive health-adjacent data.

We use a small number of trusted third-party providers (for payment processing and transactional email delivery). These providers process your data only as necessary to deliver their service and are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing.

We may update this policy as the ForgeMind ecosystem evolves. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Users with active accounts will be notified of significant changes by email.
