By accessing or using any service, platform, or application operated by ForgeMind — including Axiom Method Academy, Hypnotic Adventure, ProspectForge, and forgemind.pro — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

ForgeMind is a technology brand operated by Steven Parr. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or purchase services on any ForgeMind platform. By registering, you confirm this requirement is met and that your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

ForgeMind provides AI-native tools for hypnotherapy, cognitive development, and personal transformation. You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercialise our content without written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any platform or system
• Share login credentials or allow third parties to access your account
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest platform content

Paid courses and memberships are subject to the pricing and descriptions displayed at time of purchase.

• Course access — once enrolled, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access course materials for the duration specified at purchase.
• Memberships — billed on the stated cycle. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds — digital products are non-refundable once accessed. Contact us within 14 days of purchase if a technical issue prevents access.

All ForgeMind content — including training frameworks, therapeutic engines, course materials, audio, video, branding, codebases, and associated methodologies (including the Axiom Method and ACCF) — is the intellectual property of Steven Parr and ForgeMind. All rights reserved.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access purchased content for your own use. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

ForgeMind products are educational, training, and wellbeing tools. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological care. None of our tools should be used as a replacement for immediate life-saving medical advice.

Licensed practitioners using our clinical ecosystem or Axiom Guild must adhere to their jurisdiction's governing laws and professional standards. ForgeMind accepts no liability for malpractice or breach of regional clinical guidelines.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice where possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForgeMind and Steven Parr shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active account holders by email. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
